Forty select students will enjoy placement in The Academy's Summer Musical Theatre Conservatory. This four-week summer program meets five days per week from 9am-3pm offering a true conservatory setting for aspiring performers entering 3rd grade through 9th grade.
Morning sessions are spent in acting, voice, and movement classes while the focus in the afternoons is on rehearsing the showcase musical. This year, cast members will travel down the yellow brick road through the wonderful worlds of "The Wizard of Oz", "Wicked", and "The Wiz" stopping just long enough in each land to perform quintessential songs from these three hit Broadway musicals.
