Join us for a special evening with Greg Sestero, star of THE ROOM and N.Y. Times Bestselling author of THE DISASTER ARTIST, the critically-acclaimed tell-all about the making of THE ROOM that inspired A24’s Golden Globe-winning film THE DISASTER ARTIST.

“This play can be played without any age restriction. It will work if the chemistry between all the characters makes sense. Human behavior and betrayal applies to all of us. It exists within ourselves. You love somebody. Do you? What is love?”

So begins Tommy Wiseau’s first draft of what eventually became his landmark 2001 film THE ROOM. In celebration of THE DISASTER ARTIST’s award-winning film and THE ROOM’s 15-year anniversary, co-star, line producer, and former Wiseau roommate Greg Sestero is coming to 3Below to present an exclusive behind-the-scenes documentary about the making of THE ROOM. The evening will also include a live reading of this first edition of Tommy’s screenplay, which features settings, dialogue, and plot devices that never made it on screen! If you’re a long-time Wiseau fan, this will be a rare glimpse into the original vision of one of the most iconic cinematic figures of the twenty-first century.

The live reading will feature some audience members selected that night! Greg will also read from his memoir THE DISASTER ARTIST, followed by a Q&A and book signing. This event will also feature a sneak peek at Tommy and Greg’s 2018 reunion feature film BEST F(R)IENDS.
