The Playhouse at 3Below Theaters holds one General Audition each year and auditions for productions and events throughout the year as needed.

      Audition Information

      WHO SHOULD SUBMIT AUDITION MATERIALS:

      • The Playhouse at 3Below Theaters works to reflect the diversity of the Bay Area community we serve. We encourage performers who sing, dance, and act of all identities including ethnicity, orientation, gender identity and expression, accessibility need, and age to audition.

      HOW TO APPLY:

      To be considered for upcoming projects at any time during the year, complete the form below. This area will be updated with specific requirements when we near General Auditions or auditions for individual projects.

      • Select a song of your choice
      • Provide your own accompaniment
      • Submit a video including the following:
        • Introduction – Use this 1-2 minute introduction to help us get to know you a bit.  If you need some prompting: share a favorite holiday memory…tell us about a favorite moment on stage or in an audience…dogs or cats?
        • Song – Do as many takes as you need to get a recording you feel shows you off singing a song of your choosing OR following the instructions below to present a song from the provided list of options
        • Song #2 (optional) – If your first song only shows one aspect of what you can do, feel free to submit another piece.
        • You can put everything in one video or use the  fields in the form to submit links for up to three videos
      • Complete the form by answering the questions and look for an email confirming receipt of your submission.
