Diversity    Equity     Inclusion

Guggenheim Entertainment is proud to be an organization that is respectful and welcoming of each others’ talents.  Women hold key leadership positions and we employ people of diverse backgrounds, including a high number of LGBTQ+ professionals across the organization, and in the many facets of our work.  We strive to help develop the pipeline of artists and administrators to increase access to the talent that helps Guggenheim Entertainment grow and thrive while reflecting the diversity of the community.  Diversity, equity, and inclusion are the foundation of a creative and vibrant organization and are the drivers of our decisions as Guggenheim Entertainment.

Land Acknowledgement

3Below Theaters and Café sits on the traditional territory and unceded homeland of the Muwekma Ohlone peoples, the original inhabitants of San Jose.  As the indigenous stewards of this land and in accordance with their traditions, the Muwekma Ohlone have never ceded, lost, nor forgotten their responsibilities as the caretakers of this place, as well as for all peoples who reside in their traditional territory.

We recognize that we benefit from living and working in their traditional homeland.

This acknowledgement is a commitment to beginning a process of working to dismantle ongoing legacies of settler colonialism, and to recognize the hundreds of Indigenous Nations who continue to live and uphold their sacred relations across their lands.

We pay our respect to the Muwekma Ohlone community by acknowledging their Ancestors, Elders and Relatives.  We pay our respect to all Native American and First Nation tribes, their ancestors and their history.
